Greek Salad with Chicken Pita

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Classic Romaine Lettuce, Dole
1 cup Spinach, Dole
4 oz Chicken Breast, Bonless, Roasted, broiler/fryer, meat only
2 tbsp Feta Cheese, Athenos
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Mucci Farms
5 olives Calamata Olives, Alma
1/4 cup Green Pepper, Sweet (Bell), canned, solids & liquids, halves
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, Alessi
1 pita Pita Bread, 100% Whole Wheat
DIRECTIONS
Combine Lettuce, Spinach, Chicken,,Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Olives, Green Peppers, in a
bowl.
Add Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar and toss.
Cut off end of pita,and stuff salad into pita.
If you are making in advance. Leave Salad in sandwich bag, and place in pita just before eating.
