2019 Beast of the East

This last weekend was an explosive one for Champion Athletes and our clients on our Wrestler Nutrition Program who participated in the prestigious Beast of the East Wrestling Tournament. This tournament attracts more than 125 teams from all over the country and each weight class carries national implications.

​We are extremely proud to say that 5 of our clients came away champions, and 15 more found their way to the podium! We also had three of our wrestlers come away with huge accomplishments. StevoPoulin, Champion at 113lbs., became the first NY wrestler since 2003 to win this prestigious tournament. And Ryan Crookham, winner at 126lbs, not only took home the gold, but he knocked off the number 1 wrestler in the country, Robert Howard of Bergen Catholic. And Lucas Chittum took home the MOW Award, marking the second year in a row a Champion Athletes member has earned the  award!
